can we say NO PIZZA?

soooo now we are back on our vocal diet! Ms.sophia is OUR (haha) vocal coach! we love her lots and now she has made it clear we should still be on this diet! since we've been off for so long its kind of hard to get back into, but it really works!! like your voice sounds clearer, you feel better, lose weight all that shorty! we mostly like to eat seafood and thats like all we can eat so thats good..look here is the list of stuff we can and cant have,lol. brutal!!!



BREAKFA$T
Oatmeal
Turkey bacon
Fruit
LUNCH/DINNER
Grilled chicken
Vegetables
NO corn
NO potatoes
Seafood
Crabs legs
Grilled or broiled fish
Tuna fish
Salads-only spinach
SNACKS
Trail mix
Dried friut
Room temp water
Peanut butter crackers-only in emergency
Emergen-c vitamins,cod liver oil and lemon and honey
Tea
Only can have sugar free gum

NO:
bread
Startch
Candy
Fried foods
Pasta
Dairy
Nothing other than room temp water
Spicy food
No salad dressing other than Italian
NO JUNK FOOD
Only have multigrain bread twice a week
Beef
Pork
